Methods of Payment

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and Delta. Please ensure that all details are clearly typed. Cheques should be made payable to “Pollen True Taste Ltd” and sent to the address above. Please note that price information is correct but products, packaging and prices are subject to change or substitution without notification.

Credit Card Security

All orders are processed by RBS Worldpay to ensure that you enjoy maximum security and peace of mind when making payment online.

Postage & Packing

Any order - £7.95 (inclusive of VAT).
(Minimum order £20).
Non-mainland UK destinations and Ireland will incur a surcharge, please contact us for more information.

Delivery

All Internet orders are sent by courier. We aim to deliver within 10 working days of receipt of your order. If for any reason, we are unable to respect this time scale, we will inform you of the situation. We will also contact you if we are unable to deliver your chosen product(s) within this time.

On receipt of delivery, please ensure that all goods are checked. However, if you are unable to check the goods on arrival, please ensure that the mention “unchecked” is added next to the signature on acknowledgement of goods. If the above is not carried out, Pollen True Taste Ltd can take no responsibility for any goods found broken, subsequently.

Returns Policy

We endeavour to ensure that your order is packed and handled carefully, however if you do receive damaged or broken goods, please contact us within 2 working days to arrange replacement or a refund for the products concerned.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order by contacting us directly. A standard fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged to cover the administration costs incurred by Pollen True Taste Ltd.
