Following the success of our ever popular organic pestos, this month sees the launch of our new range of pestos.
They are an exciting addition to the pollen family of products. There are four new recipes,
basil pesto, rocket and lemon pesto, sundried tomato and herb pesto and a new basil pesto without nuts, which we hope will appeal to the many people we meet who are disappointed not to be able to buy the pestos with nuts due to an intolerance or allergy.
We love them all, the recipes are delicious and as ever made with the best ingredients with absolutely no addtives. You can buy them direct from us or from all Booth's supermarkets. We plan for them to be spreading south in the near future.

for those of you who are not fully versed in the inner workings of the food industry SALSA stands for Safe and Local Supplier Approval. This is a recognised food saftey assurance standard. Based upon an audit standard, the fundementals of which are product saftey, legality, quality and due diligence.
The scheme, which is endorsed by DEFRA and the Food Standards Agency is widely supported by many of the UK's leading food buyers from the retail and foodservice sectors.
We consider this to be an important affirmation of the way we operate our working standards, procurement and distribution.
