At Pollen True Taste we believe that pre-prepared products should be just as delicious, fresh and healthy as if you’d made them yourself. That’s why we produce a range of quality pestos, mayonnaises, dressings and other products that people can trust to prepare easy, healthy, mouth-watering meals.
It’s also why, despite our business growing from farmers' markets to national outlets and overseas, we still personally monitor and sample each batch to make sure every jar, bottle and tub has the genuine ‘true taste’.

Christianne - a cordon bleu cook, Christianne is the creative inspiration and talent behind the unique taste of Pollen products. Her genuine love of cooking has meant she’s always used fresh ingredients to create new dishes and perfect traditional ones.
Her distinctive Pollen pestos, mayonnaises and dressings have been delighting her family for years, but it was only when her children had grown up that she began producing these tastes commercially, offering other busy cooks the opportunity to benefit from these delicious products.
As demand for Pollen products has grown, Christianne’s love of cooking has seen her continue to innovate; creating recipes, growing the list of Pollen products and scooping up 30 food awards in the process.
Richard - following the success of Pollen products at farmers' markets, Christianne's husband Richard lent his business and marketing acumen to the team on a permanent basis, rapidly growing the company, securing distribution in major outlets such as Waitrose, Ocado, Booth’s, Southern Co-op and Abel & Cole, and ensuring that Pollen products are enjoyed by shoppers all over the country, and overseas
Richard’s enthusiasm for developing the Pollen brand combines with Christianne’s culinary inspiration to form an ideal team, offering fantastic food and great service.
